Every effort has been made to portray the colours of all products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, colour accuracy depends on personal screen calibrations, Kiln cannot guarantee that all screen display of colour will match the item exactly.

PRODUCT CONDITION

Kiln offers original antique items with unique character and signs of age, and aim to keep the rustic characteristics of salvaged pieces. Being antique, these pieces are imperfect with each expected to have varying, yet often significant signs of age. Pottery pieces can have knocks, chips, small surface cracks, discolouration + residue from previous use. Typically, reclaimed wood products feature finishes that vary, such as: distressed paint work, variations in wood grain and tone, old nails and nail holes, and warping due to age.

The above are not considered flaws, but characterful features. However, if you have concerns please get in touch.

Kiln provide basic care guides for each product type that advise you on how best to take care of your pieces. Kiln is therefore not liable for any faults that may arise in your item that have resulted from not following these guides.
