To place an order simply add your item to your shopping basket on our website and see our shipping costs before placing your order.
We are a small independent business so apologise we are unable to take orders by phone. Please send us an email if you have a query prior to ordering. We endeavour to respond same day to queries, however we cannot guarantee or reserve products on the website prior to purchase.
All prices and payments are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. The following credit and debit cards are accepted:
MasterCard, Maestro (Domestic), Maestro International (only with SecureCode), Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron Solo and JCB.
All payments details are encrypted and secured by using a leading Payments Service Provider, none of your card details are held by Kiln Home or on our website.
ORDER CONFIRMATION + CONTACT
For orders placed online you will receive an automated confirmation e-mail at time of ordering. Please contact us if this is not received and we will investigate, we ask that you check your junk inbox before emailing us.
Subsequent emails will be sent at time of dispatch. Depending on the chosen shipping method, tracking details may also be provided via email or text so you can track your parcel online. For orders placed with our local delivery service or pick-up collection option, we (Kiln Home) will contact you via email to arrange a suitable time. For large orders shipped via independent courier, our courier may contact you via phone call on day of delivery.
We aim to be as accurate as possible when describing the products featured on our site. However, Kiln Home does not guarantee that the product description or other content on this site is 100% accurate, complete, reliable or error free and reserves the right to modify without prior notice.

Kiln Home offers unusual vintage items with unique character and signs of age, all products may be subject to small variations in colour and size from the images on the website; if in any doubt please don’t hesitate to contact us prior to ordering.
We aim to keep the rustic characteristics of salvaged pieces. Typically, reclaimed wood products feature finishes that vary, such as: distressed paint work, variations in wood grain and tone, old nails and nail holes, and warping due to age. So these are therefore not considered flaws, but characterful features. However, if something looks unusual to you, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us and we will happily look into any concerns you may have.
