A different piece for Kiln, this antique water pot originates from West Africa. It's colourings are a striking, rich brown to a pale beige + finished with a glaze. It is a superb example of this style as it's particularly neutral earthy tones will work amongst many settings.
Please note that the bottom of this traditional water pot is rounded so will naturally fall gently to one side.

    Care

    Take special care to simply clean with a damp cloth. For pots with a whitewash finish clean only with a dry cloth.

    Terracotta is a porous material, pots are recommended as display only for dried, preserved + faux foliage. Use with a flexible pot liner to allow for fresh flowers in water.

    For outdoor use pots must be protected from frost. We advise creating a drainage hole, many of our pots will have one. If used as a planter we recommend using a plastic pot liner within to allow for expansion of frozen soil + water.
