Fiora has so much rustic charm, its texture is a reminder of its rural, artisan beginnings. The bulbous rim is a particularly stunning feature and its hand-thrown nature is evident in the wonky bottom, although unsteady it still sits fairly level - small sticky felt pads work well to give balance. This antique terracotta jug won't need styling, as its silhouette works best simply left as is.

Collection

A curated collection of original terracotta olive pots, each chosen for its character and charm. They are one of a kind pieces, working perfectly both in the garden and as interior statements. Often now found adorning homes styled with foliage, bare branches or simply left empty.

Originally handmade to store olive oil and grains c1930, each tells a story of its former use. Unique with its own imperfections, please expect that pots are in their original condition. Depending on intended use, please see care info.

Care

Pots are not intended to be filled with water so are recommended as display only.

Care

Take special care to simply clean with a damp cloth. For pots with a whitewash finish clean only with a dry cloth.

Terracotta is a porous material, pots are recommended as display only for dried, preserved + faux foliage. Use with a flexible pot liner to allow for fresh flowers in water.

For outdoor use pots must be protected from frost. We advise creating a drainage hole, many of our pots will have one. If used as a planter we recommend using a plastic pot liner within to allow for expansion of frozen soil + water.
