These wooden washboards, sourced from Southern Italy are handcrafted from Beech wood. They look great stacked and layered with other aged boards or, for larger boards, work perfectly as bath racks.

In original condition, with signs of previous use as expected, weathered and with splits to the wood.
Care
Care
Take special care to simply clean with a damp cloth. For pots with a whitewash finish clean only with a dry cloth.
Terracotta is a porous material, pots are recommended as display only for dried, preserved + faux foliage. Use with a flexible pot liner to allow for fresh flowers in water.
For outdoor use pots must be protected from frost. We advise creating a drainage hole, many of our pots will have one. If used as a planter we recommend using a plastic pot liner within to allow for expansion of frozen soil + water.
